Event Coordinator/Front Desk
Reports to: Event Director
Our private dining and events team is dedicated to creating a flawless experience for our guests’ most important business and personal moments. We manage multiple events simultaneously and take pride in upholding our motto “We Revel in Celebrating Lives”.
We are excited to add a versatile position, which will include both Event Coordinator and Front Desk duties.
Our Event Coordinators and Front Desk Team work closely with Event Directors, front of house staff and kitchen staff to ensure each event is a success. The ideal candidate for this position is warm and friendly, works well both independently and in a team setting, is well-organized and extremely detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Roles and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: administrative work such as creating and printing menus and event sheets, preparing rooms for parties (assisting with décor etc.), greeting and seating parties upon arrival, answering phones and assisting with inquiries and reservations, working with guests and vendors to help create personalized guest experiences.
