Summary: The Office Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting various members of the team in completing Data Entry, Filing, Marketing, Customer Service and Administrative tasks. This includes accurately filing physical and virtual documents, entering accounts payables, answering the phones, general data entry and additional office duties as required.
The office assistant is to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations and is also reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.
