SCOPE OF POSITION
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Landscape Maintenance Worker is responsible for the repair and maintenance of properties within the OCH portfolio. The scope of this work will involve the landscape in common areas and the yards of units. The primary duties include the requirement to:
