At RAINscapeTO you will help co-lead an eco-landscaping team that designs, implements, and maintains beautiful earth-friendly gardens. Every day, you will be helping to build a sustainable and healthy urban landscape through the installation of sustainable native gardens such as bioswales and pollinator, edible and rain gardens. As an Eco-Landscaping Co-Lead, you’ll have the support of leading the Indigenous Eco-Landscaping Crew with another Co-Lead. You’ll have opportunities to share what you know with your team members and learn from local Indigenous community leaders and experts. We’ll even help you build a career pathway that’s right for you!
Our ideal candidate has strong horticultural skills, has leadership and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service and oversee their crew, and has experience in the design and construction of landscaping solutions.

JOB PURPOSE
The Eco-landscaping Co-Leads are the bridge between a team of Eco-landscapers and RAINscapeTO’s Management. As the team supervisors, the Co-Leads act as the main resource for all the eco-landscapers with regard to on-site communication, direction, and conflict resolution. In the absence of the Manager and Coordinator, the Eco-landscaping Co-Leads also liaise with clients and partners, although some decisions will need to be approved by the Manager.

Lead the team of eco-landscapers alongside your Co-lead in the design, installation, and maintenance of residential and community eco-landscaping projects, including the following tasks:
