The CREW LEADER/FOREMAN is responsible for working independently and as a team member under the direction of Foreman. Will be working independently or as a team, to install landscaping/ hardscaping material as per scope of work provided and performed up to industry standards. Responsible for ensuring crew and site health & safety measures are in place and are being respected. Efficiently complete all landscape tasks according to plan, with the focus of quality and production. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment; at the shop and job site. Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business or building. Plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains outside of buildings.
