The Bar (Coffee) is a refined coffee bar located at El Gaucho Bellevue, offering guests a warm welcome and an elevated coffee experience in the heart of El Gaucho Bellevue lobby. We blend the art of coffee with the spirit of hospitality, creating memorable moments for every guest.

Position Overview

As a Barista/Cashier, you ll be a key part of our guest experience crafting exceptional beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a polished, inviting atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a gracious host, guiding guests through their coffee experience
• Prepare and present high-quality beverages with care and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and upscale environment
• Communicate clearly and listen attentively to guest needs
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
• Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced, service-driven setting
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and card transactions with attention to detail
• Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation procedures
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies as needed

Benefits

• Compensation: $16.66 Hourly Wage + Tips
• We have both full-time and part-time positions available.
