Position Overview As a Barista/Food Service Cashier at our upscale lobby, you'll be a key part of our guest experience—crafting exceptional beverages and meals, engaging with guests, and maintaining a polished, inviting atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-focused cafe environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service that reflects our refined standards.

Hours: Monday-Friday between 6am – 5pm (days only) - No evening shifts required

 

Serve as a gracious host in our café and eatery, guiding guests through their elevated coffee and dining experience

Prepare and present high-quality beverages and cafe offerings with exceptional care and consistency

Create a warm, welcoming coffee bar cafe atmosphere that embodies our hospitality-driven culture

Follow proper foodservice rules and regulations

Listen attentively to guest needs and exceed expectations with personalized service

Be one step ahead, and maintain a sense of urgency

Maintain the clean, organized, and upscale coffee bar cafe environment our guests expect

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, grace, and positivity

Collaborate seamlessly with your team in our fast-paced, excellent service environment

Operate POS system accurately while providing efficient, friendly cashier service

Handle all cash and card transactions with meticulous attention to detail

Support inventory management and restocking to ensure smooth coffee bar cafe operations

 

Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in upscale dining, coffee shops, or hospitality

Natural ability to engage with guests and build rapport quickly

Grace under pressure with ability to maintain composure during busy coffee bar cafe periods

Strong attention to detail in both service delivery and cash handling

Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects our refined coffee bar cafe atmosphere
