As a key member of the Ace Landscaping Team, the assistant coach will oversee the landscape project and the crew who implements it. The role will be dynamic, challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to refine and develop your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills and expertise.

An ideal candidate:

Can create and encourage a safe work environment
More than three years of management experience (*Preferred not required)
Can effectively train & lead a team
Excellent communicator (ie. meetings with clients) and ability to delegate tasks positively
Effective time management skills to coordinate with site management
Comfortable operating all types of machinery and have a minimum G license

Primary duties & responsibilities are:

Manage a team, including on-site training, adaptive scheduling, planning of daily activities, and monitoring the work being done
Using entrepreneurial operating system (EOS), to create, track team measurable’s and determine results
Use of receipt tracking software
On-going training of team members
Lead by example in a positively reinforced environment
Hosting weekly team meetings
