In Your New Role...
- Works without direct supervision of the Foremen
- Co-ordinates with on-site staff for timely completion of projects
- Position requires some record keeping (time tracking and material usage)
- Communicating openly and honestly
- Works diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality
- Follow and enforce company policies for all on-site personnel
What You Already Have:
- Time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Equipment maintenance skills
- knowledge of landscape construction techniques
- understanding of horticulture
- Experience operating various types of equipment (skid steer and mini excavator are essential)
