Onocon Group of Companies is seeking a full-time Landscape Foreman to join the team. We are located in Mississauga and perform various residential, commercial, and industrial projects in the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate should be motivated, well-organized and a team player.

Shift: 44 Hours a week

Landscape Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
Working with Landscape Manager to finalize details of landscape
Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth
Operate various gas-powered equipment, including trimmers, lawn mowers, chain saws, etc.
Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs
Assist in loading and unloading materials & tools
Must be able to operate landscaping equipment including lawnmowers (including push, ride-on and zero-turn), leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
Managing multiple install jobs and work orders at the same time
Maintain a clean worksite during and after all jobs
Must always be in uniform and maintain a standard of personal hygiene
Requirements
Post-Secondary Education or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Able to endure outdoor various weather conditions
Professional communication and interpersonal skills highly recommended
Able to work in fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
Directing crew on site and leading them through tasks and projects
Experienced with towing trailers
Oblige to Health & Safety rules and regulations
Must have valid driver’s license (minimum G, A license preferred)
WHMIS (Preferred)
