Seeking an energetic Sous Chef to assist our Executive Chef in leading our culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences for visitors and local residents. We offer our guests “blue jean comfort, steakhouse traditions.”

Position Qualifications Include:

  • Previous Sous Chef experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative culinary skills necessary to assist with menu development and execution
  • Ability to identify, train, and lead staff in a positive, productive environment
  • Up to date with current trends of food & beverage, and our location’s specific marketplace
