We are seeking a dynamic Catering Chef to be a part our culinary team and create exceptional dining experiences for visitors and local residents. We offer our guests “blue jean comfort, steakhouse traditions.” This position focuses on events during the catering season and restaurant operations support during the off-season.

Position Qualifications Include:
• Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
• Creative culinary skills necessary for menu development and execution of in-house and off-site events.
