Plumbing Helper Opportunity in the Owen Sound Area
An established, local contractor in Owen Sound is looking to build their team for work in and around Owen Sound. Looking to hire a physically fit Entry Level Plumbing Helper to start their plumbing career. Seeking candidate for residential, commercial & industrial work.

Day Shift - (evenings and weekends may be required)

JOB DETAILS
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting & supporting plumbers with measuring
Holding pipes and parts for installation
Unpacking & packing equipment
Adjusting water pressure valves
Measuring, cutting & threading pipes
Identify, troubleshoot & present technical issues in a clear and concise manner
Providing & handling tools, equipment and stock in a safe manner and as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
Punctual with organization/planning abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tenacity and the determination to get things done in a timely manner
Self-sufficient, analytical and problem-solving skills
Safety certified for working in construction (WAH, WHMIS, Workers Health & Safety Awareness - These certifications can be obtained upon starting)
