Role: Training Manager

Location:  Edmonton, AB

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: We offer competitive wages, bonus plan, benefits and many team incentives!

Hours: Variable-must be available to work nights, weekends when required

Required Skills: 

  • Looking first & foremost for a Dynamic People Leader
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant management position
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Strong training skills and a passion to teach
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to utilize business reports and industry and competitor knowledge to consistently identify opportunities to drive sales
  • Able to provide guidance and support to help grow the brand
