Welcome To Southern Tech - Applying For The Career/Technical Education Teachers - Drivers Education Position

Purpose of Job:  To insure each enrollee advances to the level necessary to attain an Oklahoma Driver’s License with related endorsements as appropriate.  Responsible for the administration, coordination, supervision, and implementation of the program at SouthernTech while maintaining compliance with State of Oklahoma Career and Technical Education requirements, Oklahoma Department of Public Safety and SouthernTech Board Policy.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. OKSDE Standard Teaching Certificate required.
3. Driver & Safety Education Training certification.
4. Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License Class D required.
5. Must have 3 or more years of experience in subject area within the last 5 years.
