310S Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic Apprentice (level 2) Opportunity

Busy, owner operated auto shop in Lakefield is looking for a Level 2 (year 2) 310S Automotive Service Technician Apprentice.

***4 Day Work Week!***

Shop located steps away from a great fishing spot, fish on your lunch break!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect vehicle for defects
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist service technicians with services and repairs
• Use appropriate tools and test equipment
• Maintain maintenance and repair logs/records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workshop
• Other duties as required

 

Requirements:

• Registered Apprentice, level 2
• Attention to detail
• Proactive
• Must be a team player
• Ability to bend, reach, walk, and stand for long periods of time
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence
• Bring your own basic tool kit
• High school diploma or equivalent

 

Licence/Certification:

• Valid Ontario G driver's licence.

 

Job Types: Full-time
