Welcome To Jennifer Hayman Design Group - Applying For The Landscape Administration + Project Co-ordinator Position


  • Provide ongoing administrative support including, managing all incoming leads/inquiries and messaging using CRM 
  • Collecting and managing client information, questionnaires, scheduling consultations and onboarding of new clients 
  • Manage project workflow and coordination from design through contract administration process during construction
  • Provide Design Execution Support activities include: manage communication updates with trades and clients, submit and monitor permit applications, monitor project progress, procurement of plants, lights, decor etc. and coordination of logistics for delivery and installation
  • Manage corporate documentation and cloud workflow applications
  • Marketing and social media support for lead generation
  • Event planning for marketing, training and lunch&learns and other admin tasks



  • Possess a strong work ethic, highly motivated self-starter with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with technology and able to efficiently use a variety of file formats and workflow cloud applications
  • Superior organizational and professional skills, able to multi-task efficiently
  • Must be able to work independently and collaborate with others, both remotely, onsite and in-office 
  • A valid Ontario drivers license and a clean drivers abstract

The ideal candidate for this position must be self-motivated, highly organized and eager to grow in a fast-paced landscape design company. This is a contract position with full-time employment benefits package for the right candidate. Start Date: March 1, 2023. Competitive Wages based on experience.
