You will be responsible to assign tasks based on work schedules, keep workers on time, complete timesheets and inspect the quality of work to ensure job requirements are met. Interacting with customers to resolve their issues or answer questions will be needed and learned along the way. Crew leaders/Forepersons, will work along with their team in completing all landscaping installations/maintenance. You will operate a variety of hand tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, chain saws, hedge shears, pruning saws needed to complete landscape and garden projects.
