Working Conditions

• Typical work hours are 6:30am to 4:00pm. 
• Duties will primarily be outdoors and regularly exposed to varying weather conditions i.e. wet and/or humid conditions, hot and cold temperatures, snow and ice storms.
• Physical demands include but may not be limited to standing, walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Occasional irregular hours due to unexpected circumstances.

All training provided throughout the work term. No prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Organize and co-ordinate schedules and work with a crew of 3-5 people (crew leads)
• Ensuring properties are maintained to the high level of quality that is expected while maintaining budgeted productivity
• Identify issues within the accounts that you service, recording those issues and reporting them to your manager
• Dedicated to quality customer service - you go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times, ensures all health & safety requirements are followed and enforces compliance
• Utilization and proficiency with turf and lawn care equipment
• High level of horticultural and landscaping skill and ability combined with a strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain a highly organized work schedule, while keeping your fellow team members on task and leading them to the finish line

All training provided throughout the work term. No prior experience necessary.

Preferred Skills

• A valid drivers' license with clean drivers abstract
• Minimum 2 years in a comparable leadership role, if applying for leadership position
• Knowledge of local plant material and equipment is required
• 1-2 years experience in the landscape industry an asset
