Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 maximum a year

Alpha Aviation Inc. operates the Boundary Bay Airport under a long term lease with City of Delta. As the airport operator Alpha Aviation maintains the airport operating certificate issued by Transport Canada.

Position Summary

The Alpha Aviation Inc. Marketing & Business Development Manager is an integral part of the operations team responsible for the overall growth and profitability of Alpha Aviation through its marketing, sales, and customer service. While building and maintaining internal and external relationships, you will oversee compliance and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards for the department’s staff, our clients and our guests.

Core Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to grow revenues while maintaining profitability
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor monthly financials
• Respond to client inquiries, requests or issues and work with various internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Identify and assist in the development of product improvements for Alpha Aviation operations
• Prepare proposals/bids, analyze current sales records, related business trends, and market development that demonstrates the benefits of Alpha Aviation
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, client-agency partners, and aviation services providers and provide ongoing support
• Attend trade shows, networking functions, and other industry events to promote Alpha Aviation group and build meaningful community and client relationships

Additional Responsibilities

• An operation like Alpha Aviation, which operates 24/7/365, the candidate must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule which may include working overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, and being on-call as required

• A minimum of 5 years of marketing and business development experience in technology or other business-to-business industries
• A Degree/Diploma from a recognized Educational Institution in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
• A team player, capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
• Excellent people skills, team player, and must have a positive attitude.
