Availability: Weekend and weekday availbility. Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm; Morning Shift: 5:00AM to 1:30PM.

Position Objective 

 

Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily orders, product allocation, data entry and product summarize. Working with management to complete investigations and advising internal teams of the findings. Execute all duties in accordance with the company’s key performance indicators, business objectives, guiding values, policies and procedures.

What you will do in a typical day:

  • Review Sales Board to verify anything outstanding and proceed accordingly.
  • Ensure all transfers/product are in (contact Buyers when necessary)
  • Ensure accuracy of orders in system and make changes where necessary.
  • Reconcile all EDI orders for next business day, notifying affected parties should there be any obstacles.
  • Process all returns (SRO’s) where needed.
  • Notify management of any discrepancies and work towards resolving.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of all assigned tasks.
  • Support other departments as required and directed by management
  • Run and manage “late transfers”, lot allocation, service level reports and order confirmation/sales summary.
  • Create transfers and communicate to respective buyers.
  • Pro-actively communicate with colleagues and other departments as necessary to attain pertinent information and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure effective written and verbal communications via all channels including but not limited to reports, emails, calls, presentations, meetings, etc.
  • Complete and distribute “Shorts” list to category management team.
  • Complete and communicate Late Transfers Report to Warehouse Supervisors and Operations teams.

What you will need to succeed at Burnac:
At minimum, you will need:

  • High School Diploma
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS OfficeExcel and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities.
  • Knowledge of warehousing systems and processes an asset.
  • Previous experience in data entry or admin support an asset.
  • Basic Math skills required.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience working in Food and Beverage or Manufacturing industries

Working Conditions:

  • Office based role.
  • Repeated entry of information into company electronic database
  • Refrigerated cooler environment.
  • Warehouse operations floor
