Crew Member Positions (Entry level & Up) with our Irrigation & Hydroseeding Crews -

This is a great position for students and those just getting started in the industry.

Installation of new Irrigation & Landscape Lighting Systems - Residential & Commercial Projects.
Hydroseeding Services- Residential, Commercial and Municipal Infrastructure projects.
Irrigation Service - Repair & maintenance services for our customer base of 1000+ households & businesses across the City of Ottawa

50+ hours weekly- Monday to Friday. 7AM Start.

G-Class License & Construction / Landscaping Experience Preferred

Paid Safety Training when you start, and Industry Training is offered on an ongoing basis for those looking to advance their career.

Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget whilst maintaining a safe work environment. Main duties are to direct, plan and coordinate daily work activities for workers. In larger operations this is done through crew leaders/forepersons; and in smaller operations personally directs workers who perform tasks in ground maintenance, landscape construction, greenhouse or nursery operations. Often the supervisor, in smaller operations, will work hands-on as well as overseeing the workers. Also in smaller operations, where there is no manager, may be involved in presenting and selling landscape installations, maintenance projects and services, plants, shrubbery, trees, etc. to customers.
