Welcome To Glen Echo Nurseries - Applying For The DZ Driver Position
Glen Echo Nurseries, a busy garden centre located in Caledon East, is looking for a Driver to join its team. This seasonal full- time position requires the candidate to be reliable and able to represent the company in a professional manner. The individual will have a valid DZ license with a clean abstract and 3 years driving experience. Hourly rate range is between $20-22/hr, based on level of experience.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load, transport and drop off nursery product and bulk materials at various customer locations.
- Adherence to company safety policies, including inspection and safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
- Represent Glen Echo in a professional manner.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- DZ license and clean drivers abstract.
- Experience operating equipment, such as skid steer, forklift is an asset.
- Experience in a nursery environment is an asset.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Good communicator.
