The Tiny Gardener Inc. is a niche company in that we only deal with gardens; renovating exiting beds, installing new ones, seasonal container gardens and garden maintenance. We strive to boost pollinator populations and wildlife diversity in every garden we work on. We are looking for a motivated individual with plant expertise to join our team. Day to day duties will include:

Job Duties include:

Plant care including; identification, deadheading, pruning, planting, dividing, fertilizing, pest management, watering, etc.
weeding
digging
applying mulch/soil
tool maintenance
sod removal
edging
Customer service etc.

The perfect candidate is someone who:

is self-motivated
team oriented
Has some knowledge about plants.
likes working outdoors
has a valid driver’s license
can lift and carry 20 pounds or more
takes pride in a hard day’s work
wants to contribute to protecting our environment
Loves nature and is passionate about plants!

Wages range between $17.00 & $20.00 per hour. A typical work week is Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:00pm but this may vary throughout the season. This is a seasonal position with options for winter work. Historically our season is from the start of April- the end of November. Health Care Benefits and Bonuses are available.
