Your Responsibilities
#1 Always drive, work and operate equipment safely
#2 Always be respectful, kind and helpful to all team members, clients and others
#3 Treat our trucks, equipment and tools with care
#4 Cut and trim lawns to look neat, manicured and beautiful
#5 Blow hard surfaces clean with leaf blower during grass cutting or leafs and debris during spring and fall cleanups
#6 Load wheelbarrows of mulch or soil and dump and spread in garden beds
#7 Hedge, bush and shrub trimming as well as perennial cut backs
#8 Remove and plant plants, small trees and other small landscape clean up and planting
#9 Sodding
#10 Fertilizing, aerating and dethatching
#11 Snow plowing or shoveling and salting

Wages and Bonuses
We offer wages from $25 to $35 and hour and our wages are rising every single year on top of a top tier benefit plan. We offer a $200 per crew, per month bonus for complying to simple tasks each month such as keeping trucks clean and organized, and keeping equipment well maintained.
Mandatory Criteria
You must be available 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday April to October and available 24/7 from November to March for at least the next 2 years as well as able to commit to driving or bus to 5101 Rutherford Road, Woodbridge.
