We are currently seeking full-time seasonal Technicians to work in lawn care division. Hours will vary depending on company needs but must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Students are welcome. Position will run from approximately beginning/mid-April until October. Start date is flexible depending on availability.
Hourly rate is dependent on experience and position, range from $17-$22 / hour.
Job Duties
Depending on area of expertise and position, duties may include:
- Operating a fertizilizer spreader, power roller, mechanical aerator
- Applying grass seed and other products to customer lawns
- Remove and install sod, top soil and seeding lawns
- Create and/or repair interlock walkways and patios
- Constructing decks and fences
- Planting shrubs, trees, perennials and annuals
- Installing new garden beds
- Operating zero turn lawn mower, push mower, string trimmer
Qualifications
- Experience using lawn care equipment (eg. aerator, roller, spreader)
- 'G' Class drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
- Customer service experienced preferred
