Responsibilities/daily tasks:

Assist foreman or lead hand in site preparation, Installation and clean up on a daily basis.

Operate various power tools or equipment such as concrete saws, Jackhammer, Plate tamper, Miter saw, skid steer, mini excavator, etc. Training will be provided.
Move material around the job site by hand, wheelbarrow or machine.
Plant trees and shrubs.
Dig the ground by shovel or machine.
Load and unloads material.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Possess a strong work ethic and highly motivated.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Willing to learn.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
Capability to work outside under the bad weather condition.
Able to come to the work every day and on time.

Previous landscaping or construction experience is preferred but not required.
