Welcome To Natural Images Landscaping Ltd. - Applying For The Team Lead Hardscape Installer Position

We are looking for a Hardscape Lead Hand with several years experience in the landscape industry, experience running a crew and a proven track record of successfully executing hardscape/landscape projects on time and on budget. Candidates are required to have hands on experience operating equipment; such as skid steer, excavator, stone and chain saws as well as various power and hand tools. Ability to read and understand landscape drawings is a must as is adhering to all health and safety protocols. Applicants should have extensive experience with granite stonework, landscape rejuvenation, garden renovation, site drainage improvements, and tree planting.

All Lead Hands are responsible for tracking and submitting crew hours, work and material sheets, and expected to keep detailed site notes. Successful candidates should have the following qualifications:

3 to 5 years experience in a Hardscape setting
3 to 5 years experience as a Hardscape or Construction Lead Hand
Comfortable operating equipment such as skid steer, mini excavator, stone saw etc.
Ability to interact with clients on site when needed - providing exceptional customer service in a polite and courteous manner
Ability to read and follow designs, work orders, material lists and apply necessary timelines
Responsible for ensuring team completes project on time, on budget and that project meets quality standards - having an exceptional eye for detail
Ensures team compliance with quality and safety standards, monitoring appropriate maintenance on tools and machines and all appropriate use of PPE
A valid G Drivers License with clean abstract
Reliable vehicle to get to and from work sites
Must be able to work in various positions such as kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting, twisting, lifting and standing for long periods of time
Able to consistently lift 60 lbs and work outside in varied weather conditions -including rain, heat and cold weather scenarios

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Contract length: April to December, weather permitting

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
