Employees in this position are required to perform a wide variety of semiskilled labour in connection with the maintenance and improvement of university grounds.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:

Must hold a valid Ontario drivers license (Class 'G') and have a driving record acceptable to the University. Successful applicant must obtain a W.H.M.I.S. certificate prior to the completion of the probationary or trial period.
The applicant must have a Pesticide Technician Certificate or enroll in an MOE approved Pesticide Technician Program and successful complete the same within a 60-day trial/probationary period.
The training will be provided by the University at no expense to the incumbent.
Minimum of two (2) years' recent grounds and plants maintenance experience or a combination of relevant experience and academic training.
Recent experience operating grounds equipment.
