Futurescape Landscaping is seeking skilled and experienced landscape crew leaders to join our team. As a landscape crew leader, you will be responsible for leading a crew of workers in the installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces for commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage a crew of workers and oversee their daily activities
Work with the project manager to ensure that projects are completed according to plans and specifications
Operate and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles
Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
Train and mentor new employees
Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and equipment used

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape installation and maintenance
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Knowledge of plants, hardscaping, and softscape
Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment, including skid steers, mini hoes, and loaders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
