Futurescape Landscaping is seeking  skilled and experienced heavy equipment operators to join our team. As a heavy equipment operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as  excavators, loaders, backhoes and other construction equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure that it is in good working order
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and work as part of a team
• Ensure that work sites are clean and free of debris
• Use proper techniques to excavate, grade, and level earth or other materials
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator
• Knowledge of various types of heavy equipment and their operation
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and different shifts as required
