Ground-Control.ca Ltd is a family owned and operated company. A full service property maintenance company since 1989. Services from basic weekly spring to fall upkeep to winter snow removal, hardscape/softscape installation services, repairs in and around property, construction services and much more!

Clients range from: commercial, industrial and condominium properties.

Responsibilities & Duties:

2-3 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance… and crew leadership!
Daily planning, crew execution of tasks, communication with management and crew
Communicate any issues before, during shifts of: equipment, crew mannerisms, vehicle or equipment accidents/damages, etc.
Execute tasks when on site and ensure before leaving site all basic tasks have been completed, no equipment left behind, etc.
Knowledge of tools and equipment with the ability to repair minor issues and communicate back any major equipment defects/concerns
Ability to learn and grow even with experience and learn new methods of work
Drive a truck and with trailer and be physically active with crew members

Must comply with all safety precautions, operational procedures (equipment inspections before heading out), comply with rules, policies, and regulations
Need steel-toe work boots and able to get to Mississauga area by 7am daily

Compensation: $25-30/hour depending upon experience
