Greg Varcoe Maintenance is a full service property maintenance company operating in Simcoe County for over 30 years. While working for Greg Varcoe Maintenance you will be able to apply and develop your skills.

Job Duties:

• Maintaining Customer Properties from Spring to Fall
• Lawn Maintenance
• Upkeep of Flower and Shrub Gardens
• Fall & Spring Property Clean-Ups
• Parking Lot Power Sweeping and Line Painting
• Additional Tasks as required
• Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner following all recommended operating procedures
• Submit paperwork and documentation promptly at the end of each shift
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Requirements:

• Valid drivers’ license
• Safe driving record – able to submit a driver’s abstract (infractions history) upon request
• Experience operating equipment
• Physically fit with strong stamina
• Ability to follow safe working procedures

Work Conditions:

• Various locations including residential, commercial and industrial sites
• Extremely flexible working hours, including nights, weekend, and holidays
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly
