Responsibilities:

• Preparation: Assist with the preparation of work sites, including grading, excavation, and installation of hardscaping materials such as pavers, retaining walls, and other features.
• Planting: Assist with the installation of plants, shrubs, and trees, including soil preparation, digging, and planting.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and watering to ensure that landscapes remain healthy and attractive.
• Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other power tools. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure that it remains in good working order.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of equipment and materials.
• Communication: Communicate regularly with team members to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in landscape construction or related field
• Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials, including hardscaping, grading, irrigation, and planting
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional certification or license in landscape construction or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour ($32,500-$43,200) Wage is based solely on experience, and performance.
