Job Description: As a Small Job Landscape Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team in executing various landscaping projects for our clients. You will oversee the completion of tasks, ensure the highest quality of work, and maintain a safe working environment. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small crew in the completion of landscape projects.
Ensure the efficient and timely execution of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with the project manager to review project specifications and deliverables.
Provide guidance and instructions to team members regarding work processes and safety protocols.
Perform landscaping duties, including planting, pruning, mulching, and installing hardscape features.
Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping or a related field, with a focus on small residential or commercial projects.
Proven experience leading and managing a small crew.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.
Proficient in operating landscape equipment and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
