Welcome To Lucky Dog Steele Creek - Applying For The Bar Manager Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Manager for our Lucky Dog Bark and Brew Lake Norman and Steele Creek locations! The ideal candidate is able to provide a world-class experience to our patrons—people and pups alike! 

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Inventory count and placing orders
• Creating schedules for bartenders
• Cover bartending shifts as needed
• Plan promotional events and community outreach
• Manage social media pages
• Manage budget and set goals
• Ongoing team training sessions
• Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.

Bar Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Restaurant or management experience or more education is generally preferred.
• Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
• Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
• Decisiveness.
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

Compensation for this position is hourly with the range of $22-$25 per hour, with eligibility of tip share
