Requirements:
To be part of our dedicated team, we require the following qualifications:
Minimum 2 Years Landscape Maintenance Experience: Your expertise matters to us. Proficiency with Landscaping Equipment: Experience with zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and blowers is essential. Optional - Clean Class G Driver's License: A plus if you have experience pulling a trailer behind a pickup. Daily Transportation: Ability to commute to our yard in the Mississauga area. Flexibility: Willingness to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (not mandatory). Attention to Detail: We take pride in our workmanship. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Adaptability: You'll work in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain. Self-Motivation: A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential. Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are key. Safety Conscious: Willingness to follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Prior Snow Removal Experience (for Snow Removal Plow Operators):** An asset that can lead to year-round employment for winter positions.
Job Type: Full-time Seasonal Pay: Starting at $23.50 per hour, based on experience License/Certification: G license with a clean driving record (preferred)
