Qualifications

Must be a Nevada Licensed Auto Insurance Agent
Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
High School Diploma or GED
Sales and customer service experience

Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint, Gmail, Outlook, Avaya/Cisco phone system

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Greet all customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Email, fax and print out insurance documents to clients and other insurance agencies

Full-Time, $15hr
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm
Weekends as needed

Aztec Insurance & Tax Solutions Agency is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Licensed auto insurance agent. An Auto insurance license is required. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. You will assist our clients and ensure they have the coverage they need. Greet all customers in a friendly and helpful manner; assist clients face to face, email, on the chat and on the phone. Develop insurance quotes, present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. You will benefit from continued training and education as well as career development and advancement opportunities from our experienced staff.
