Welcome To Jeff's Outdoor - Applying For The Winter Snow Plow Operation & Winter Crew Member Position

This is a part time job with the opportunity to join us full time in the Spring if things work out. Hours will only be able to be provided post winter events (snow removal/salting). Additional shop work hours can be provided to those with a proven track record.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform Snow Removal duties at the direction of your Crew Leader. This may involve shovelling, operating a snowblower, or salting. Ability to safely operate a Snow Plow is a huge bonus!
• Work closely with your Winter Manager to: maintain efficient operations and project budgets while assisting to your crew
• Conduct safe operation of a variety of equipment shovels, snowblowers, push salters, hand salters. Winter Snow Plow and Skid Steer experience a bonus.
• Support Jeff's Outdoor safety, performance and culture

Requirements:

• Full G license with clean abstract or CVOR
• Professional & Punctual
• Good communication skills with both teammates & clients

Pay to be determined by previous experience but our range is $20-30/hr.
