Reporting to the Crew Leader and/or Area Supervisor, the Sidewalks Crew Member will provide services to commercial customers by the proper and timely execution of snow removal functions in the winter months.
This position requires the successful applicant to work on an on-call basis with irregular hours between mid-November and the end of March each year. Applicants must be available and committed to work with very short notice at all times of the day and night using a variety of tools and equipment listed below.

Responsibilities:
- Clear and/or pile snow in designated and approved locations only.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding work progress
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests
- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal
- Follow all Health and Safety regulations including wearing required personal protective equipment.
Experience:
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
- Familiarity snow removal techniques preferred
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
