Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain safety as being the number one priority in all daily activities
Be presentable, professional and have a great work ethic
Be Respectful of co-workers, clients, tools, and equipment
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Inform supervisor of any defects or deficiencies with equipment, materials or workmanship
Housekeeping of the shop, trailer and trucks
Assist in the installation and completion of hardscapes (i.e. Interlocking pavers, flagstone, retaining walls, and structures etc.), and softscape (i.e. tree shrub planting, sodding etc.)
Use of mechanical equipment (i.e. hi-lift dumper, motorized wheelbarrow, mini-excavator etc.) in the preparation and completion of hardscapes and softscapes installation
Perform, and record, routine tool and equipment maintenance
Use hand tools and operating small equipment
Maintain safe and clean job site throughout the work day
Assist in ensuring jobsite is safe prior to leaving site
Off load, clean, and store tools in shop.
Other manual jobs as required (i.e. raking, shoveling, sweeping, carrying, power washing etc.)
