The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects, drive profitability, and maintain strong client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Manage electrical construction projects across the GTA from start to finish
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction
• Lead and support Site Foremen and field teams
• Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resources
• Oversee tenders, change orders, and project documentation

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure projects meet specifications, drawings, and Ontario Electrical Code requirements
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Financial Management

• Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, and billing
• Prepare and negotiate change orders and quotations
• Track profitability and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in commercial electrical construction
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Management role
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
• Experience with Accubid, Procore, or Jonas (asset)
• Electrical Technician/Technologist diploma or 309A License (asset)
• PMP designation or related education (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
