Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s needs, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company products or policies.
Maintain customer records by updating account information in the ERP system.
Contact customers before their products go into production.
Work with production to coordinate customer orders
