Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Garden Maintenance Foreman to lead our maintenance crews in delivering top-quality services to our commercial clients. Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise maintenance crews in the upkeep of commercial gardens, parks, and green spaces.
Coordinate and schedule daily tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
Perform hands-on maintenance duties including mowing, pruning, weeding, planting, and fertilizing as needed.
Monitor plant health and pest/disease issues, implementing appropriate treatments and preventative measures.
Oversee equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring safe and proper operation at all times.
Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with services.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by crew members.
