Landscape Yard Specialist:
Do you like working outside? Operating heavy equipment? Are you known as a very organized person who is eager
to learn new things? Do you like meeting new people and serving customers? Are you obsessed with quality control
and only delivering the best products possible. Are you known as a hard worker? This job isn’t easy.
What does the “Landscape Yard Specialist do?
- With care and precision, Load Customer vehicles and trailers with landscaping materials by hand or with
heavy equipment.
- Unload, organize, approve quality, and inventory bulk materials delivered to Futurescape Landscaping from
other vendors.
- Future-tote Managment: Fill, Inventory and load our Future-tote’s for delivery.
- You are the heartbeat of our company. Everything that comes in and out of our yard you need to know about
and approve its quality.
- Interacting with our amazing customers, answering product inquiries and giving advice and
recommendations.
- Organize the display of stone, pavers, soils, mulches and aggregates in a professional manner.
- Load Futurescape Landscaping equipment and materials on trucks, flat beds and dump trucks in a safe
manner.
- Working some weekends and processing product sales.
- Maintain soil, mulch and aggregate stock throughout the season. Keep landscape yard clean and tidy for
staff and retail customers.
How do you qualify?
- Must have the ability to work outdoors in all kinds of weather, in a physically active environment and able to
lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid G Drivers License and own vehicle to get to work.
What’s in it for you?
Pay Range: $24 to $30 per hour. Plus overtime after 44 hrs.
Benefits available after 6 months full-time employment.
Year round full time employment.
