Who we want:

We are on the search to find a skilled and motivated individual to become an integral part of our Design & Build Landscape team.

Position title: Design and Build Team Member (Full-Time, 50-60h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design team to create innovative and functional landscape designs.
• Execute landscape construction projects, including fiberglass pool installation, hardscape (patios, driveways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens / living areas, garden bed installations, pavers, flagstone, walls, steps, etc. ) and softscape (grading, sod, garden beds, planting).
• Physically fit- able to work with (lift, carry and move) heavy material, in excess of 70lbs repeatedly
• Able and willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all projects
• Ultimate team-player demonstrating a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and highly self-motivated
• Willing to work 10-hour shifts, 5-days per week *Occasional Saturdays as required due to peak seasonal workloads or as a result of the weather delays during (M-F) operations
• Ability to follow direction & work accordingly
• Routinely punctual and dependable
• Able to follow and practice safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Your Qualifications:

• Landscape experience (1 year) 
• Landscape Design or Horticulture Technician Diploma an asset
• Must have a valid G license, clean driver abstract (no major infractions)
• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields an asset

**Hourly Rate of pay is dependent on your level of experience and expertise $23-$30/Hourly
