Reporting Relationships
The position is based out of our Tillsonburg office and is responsible for reporting directly to the Landscape Construction & Logistics Manager. The qualified candidate will work in conjunction with the Design and Sales Team in preparing full design completion.

Job Objective
Work in a team environment to design and sell professional landscape designs and project installations for Courtland clients. Work with the clientele individually or with colleagues as a team to develop a concept that suits the customer’s needs and reflects the customer’s vision. Be familiar with and keep up to date on best construction practices and quality materials to deliver a professional and high-end landscape installation. Accurate on site measuring, creative designing on AutoCAD and 3D programs, as well as accurate estimating and job costing are essential responsibilities. Work with introductory clients and established clients to provide them with ideas, concepts, and resolutions from initial conception through to completion as a fundamental job function. Assist in administrative duties to ensure effective and efficient daily operations within the Courtland sales team.

Hourly Wage Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 (depending upon experience)

Key Functions
Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
Confident generating & pursuing Courtland customer leads.
Conduct client consultations individually or as a team.
Design development through feedback from colleagues and client.
Provide graphic and design support for our Design and Sales Team.
Verifies changes, measurements and addition to plans, designs, diagrams and maps by speaking with the specific Management.
Adequate knowledge of local plants to produce planting plans.
Measuring out and producing take off for project ordering and quoting purposes.
Source plant material for projects.
Requests all approved zoning, locates, permits, etc. (experience with Cloud Permit Portal is an asset).
Re-draws plans making any changes that are requested.
Proficient in AUTOCAD drafting.
Experience with Sketch-Up, VIP3D, Lumen or equivalent to create visual 3D renderings for presentations.
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent is an asset.
Estimating & procuring proposals on LMN server.
Create sales presentation packages for clients.
Final inspection at project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deposit collection, Invoice delivery & Final Collection.
Customer Relations Management & Client follow-up.
Tasks outlined by Management and contributing to the mutual benefit of Courtland.
Performs other related duties as required.

General:
This individual requires organizational ability, along with the ability to coordinate diverse demands. The position requires adequate knowledge of landscape design, plant material, construction techniques, sales processes and facilities. It requires time efficiency, team / individual work and multi-tasking.
