Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader/Foreperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew of landscapers in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes. This role requires a skilled professional who is able to manage a team and ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of landscapers
Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for the crew
Ensure all safety procedures are followed
Inspect and maintain equipment and tools
Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure their needs and expectations are met
Provide training and guidance to crew members
Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Perform hands-on landscaping work as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in landscape construction, including experience leading a team
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of horticulture and landscape construction techniques
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (G Class Mandatory, AZ/DZ Recommend)
Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
Ability to work in various weather conditions

Wage: $24 - $28
