We are seeking a Residential Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 5 years of experience, installing Level 2 (L2) EV chargers, battery storage and solar installation. EVITP certification, as well as PV training and testing will be required. Training will be offered through Allegiant Electric LLC’s third-party training facility and testing will be proctored upon testing. Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment. Remain in compliance with current National Electric Code Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs Run computer cables, connect computer jacks and plugs and test for adequate operation Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans 5+ years' experience in the electrical trade Able to work well on a team Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance Excellent hand-eye coordination Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment Strong interpersonal communication skills A journeyman license is preferred but not required Must obtain OSHA 10 within 15 days of hire - Conduit bending, conduit mounting, and electrical connections - Electrical panel installations and upgrades when necessary - Safe use of ladders and completion of tasks.
