We are searching for a dynamic and accomplished Distributor Sales Consultant to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in acquiring new accounts and driving sales growth and profitability for our brand portfolio within your designated territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new accounts
  • Develop key accounts through business consulting, planning and conducting in-salon merchandising, brand image building, experience workshops, and product demos to establish strong customer relationships and drive sales growth
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, including total territory sales, key brand sales, key product promotions, and educational programs and shows
  • Implement and manage Loyalty Programs for key accounts
  • Prepare sales plans and reports as required
  • Manage your sales cycle by prioritizing regular visits to key accounts within your designated territory
  • Work closely with all other necessary departments to ensure excellent customer service and support for clients
  • Demonstrate our company culture and values
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Post-secondary education with a focus in Business Administration or relevant field an asset
  • Hair, Aesthetic, or other industry license an asset
  • Bilingual an asset (French/English)
  • Minimum of (2) years of consultative outside sales or related field experience
  • Solid knowledge and experience using various social media platforms for business purposes
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and goal attainment through effective problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time & projects efficiently
  • Solid work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Must live within the assigned territory and have reliable transportation as travel is required
  • Attendance at educational events and shows is required which may include overnight/weekend travel
  • Flexibility with adjusting schedule to meet changing business needs


Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick

Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent.

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
