We’re offering a unique intrapreneurial opportunity to a licensed 309A Journeyperson Electrician who wants the freedom and pride of building something that feels like their own — but with full company support behind them.
You will:
• Quote & complete service jobs directly with the homeowner
• Handle repairs, upgrades, and diagnostic work
• Own the client relationship from first knock to final invoice
• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Receive inbound leads from us — but you don’t wait to be fed
• Hand off larger jobs to our install team so you stay focused on service

• Licensed 309A Electrician (Ontario)
• 5+ years of residential experience
• Strong communicator, confident quoting on site
• Personable, driven, and self-motivated to generate leads
• Clean driver’s licence
